Rates are based upon 4 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets for a minimum of 3 months. Pet size and breed restrictions apply. All RVs must be in excellent condition. Please send pictures of all sides to bearcreek@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

Monthly Rates & Security Deposit

Mobile Homes – $825 per month, plus utilities, and $825 security deposit and application approval prior to move in.

Long-Term RV Space – $825.00 per month, plus utilities. Residents pay provider directly for electricity usage and are billed on a pro-rated basis for water, sewer and trash.

We accept Money orders, Cashier Checks or Online payments (Debit/ACH).

Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. 30 days notice required, security refunded when notice provided and paid in full.
